Here are the latest standings in the Inter Club Hilly Time Trial series following last week's fifth round, Barrow Central Wheelers' Coast Road 21 mile time trial. As you can see, it's turning into a tight tussle at the top of the table, although unless a fair few LCC members head up for it, the next event, Kent Valley's Jungle Cafe hill climb on Monday 3rd August (7pm), could see them open up a sizeable - & potentially unbridgeable? - gap. Click here to see the course details for that event.
Kent Valley RC | 1104 points |
Lancaster CC | 1064 points |
Lakes RC | 880 points |
Barrow CW | 534 points |
Lune RCC | 198 points |
After the Jungle Cafe Hilly, there are two more events, both Kent Valley: the Knotallow Tarn Hill Climb on Monday 10th August; & the Circuit of Wild Boar Fell (replacing the planned Shap & back course which is affected by roadworks) on Sunday 23rd August; visit Kent Valley's website here, for more information.
Come on the Lancaster!
